New Front Door Deck and Stairs
This new cedar deck is approximately 6 ft by 18 ft, 2 ft above ground, with aluminum railings. It has 3-step stairs and full skirting.
New Front Landing, Stairs, and Deck
This new landing is approximately 6.5 ft by 4 ft, 2 ft above ground, with 8 ft wide 4-step stairs. This structure covers existing concrete stairs that were partially removed. The new adjoining ground-level deck is approximately 6.5 ft by 12 ft. Railings from the old stairs were saved and installed on the new stairs.
Replace Old Stairs with New Steel Stringer Stairs
The old stairs and railings were removed. New stairs were assembled using 4 steel stair stringers and 2x12 pressure treated treads, with the original landing reused above them.
New Front Door Landing and Stairs with 2 Railings
This new landing is approximately 7 ft wide by 4.5 ft, 2.5 ft above ground, with 4-step stairs and full wood railings on both sides. It was built over existing concrete stairs.
