New Large Deck with Railings
This new deck is approximately 12 ft by 16 ft, 2 ft above ground, with a 1-step landing under the patio door. Aluminum railings were installed on 3 sides, with 2 steps on the other side down to an existing patio.
New 2 Level Deck with Horizontal Railings
The upper level of this new deck is approximately 12 ft by 16 ft, 2 ft above the ground, with a 2-step wrap-around landing under the patio door. It has a 42 in wood railing with horizontal slats all around, except where a set of 3-step stairs lead down to the 10 ft by 16 ft lower deck.
Existing Deck Extension
This new 10 ft x 16 ft extension was added to a large existing deck. It is on concrete pads with posts to make it the same height as the existing deck and has almost full skirting. (Pergola was added later by the Customer.)
New Deck with Future Patio

New Smaller Deck with Landing
This new deck is approximately 11 ft by 14 ft, 2 ft above ground, with a 1-step landing under the patio door and with 2 steps down to the ground.
